What is learning governance and how does it relate to corporate and digital governance?

As the pace of change and innovation continues to quicken, and operating conditions become more unpredictable, it is increasingly obvious that organisational success depends on the ability to learn and adapt, quickly and thoroughly. The case for learning being recognised as a critical driver of organisational value is a no-brainer.
