Speaker:
Anthony Hilton, Evening Standard
Keynote Speech:
Anthony has a strong interest in the whole area of reward, motivation and performance. He shared his controversial views on the usefulness of performance incentives and responded to members' questions on a range of related topics.
He has some well-developed thoughts on the ‘rewards for failure’ debate and is very interested in the future of pensions, private equity and business regulation.
We considered Anthony's insights alongside the PARC research project on executive incentives during the later part of the year.
