Speaker
Dr Steve Kerr, Senior Advisor, Goldman Sachs

The Issue:

New technologies, changing demographics, and the ‘war for talent’ require organisations to pay particular attention to the systems they use to measure and reward employees.

Yet most reward and measurement systems are outmoded and inefficient, often wasting precious resources while encouraging employees to take actions that are against the best interests of the enterprise.

The Breakfast Briefing:

During this highly-participative discussion, Steve Kerr will acquaint members with current thinking about measurement and rewards, and will identify a variety of practices that are currently used by ‘best practice’ organisations.

The session will also describe some straightforward, easy to use diagnostic frameworks to help participants assess their own systems. It will close by identifying ways to make ‘cost neutral’ improvements if diagnosis indicates that improvements are warranted.
