Peter Christie
Peter is Director of Reward Services at Hay Group in the UK. In this role, he leads teams specialising in executive reward, strategic reward and job measurement.
He has over 15 years consulting experience, gained initially with Towers Perrin and subsequently with Ernst & Young and Watson Wyatt before joining Hay Group in 2005.
Peter holds a BA Honours degree in Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
He is an experienced reward and performance management consultant, who has worked with many of the world's leading organisations.
