Moira Beckwith
Moira joined SmithKline Beecham in 1995 as International Benefits Manager. She moved to head up the UK Benefits department before the merger with Glaxo Wellcome and was highly instrumental at that time in the design of the benefit programs for the 20,000 employees in the new organisation. She is now responsible for the design, funding, delivery and communication of all the UK benefit arrangements and leads GSK's Total Reward steering committee. Life before GSK included time as a consultant both in the UK and Europe.
