Andrew Dalkin

After a period as a consultant with Hay Group, Andrew was in charge of pay, benefits and industrial relations at PowerGen plc, joining them just before privatisation.
He was subsequently Group Director of Compensation and Benefits for Rolls-Royce Group for six years and is now Director of Recognition and Reward at Royal Mail Group.
