George Yip
George has recently moved from London Business School to become Vice President and Director of Research & Innovation at Capgemini Consulting. From 2001- 2006 he was Professor of Strategic and International Management at LBS. Prior to that he was Beckwith Professor of Management Studies at the Judge Institute, Cambridge; Adjunct Professor, UCLA; Visiting Professor, Stanford; and Assistant Professor, Harvard.
George's earlier career was in industry and management consulting. He is now a member of a number of boards of international companies and learning bodies. He has also acted as a consultant to many companies.
Among various additional posts, he was recently a Lead Fellow at the Advanced Institute of Management Research, funded by the ESRC, and the largest initiative on management research in the UK.
