Research Report Overview:
This research project will conclude in 2008 at the Rewarding for Future Success Research Report Meeting with a report addressing the issue of measuring sustainable performance. The report will:
- Clarify understanding of what is currently used and whether key players, such as CEO's, CFO's,
- HRD's, analysts and fund managers have a common understanding of sustainability measures;
- Suggest what better measures are available and possible;
- Indicate how use of sustainability measurement interlinks with HR and people management.
Professor Sir Andrew Likierman of London Business will be lead author of the report.
